Warranty scope
Damage from drive-in injuries, start-up injuries and vandalism are covered.
The tyre warranty applies to all new car, SUV and LTRUCK tyres from vehicles up to 3.5t including tyres of commercial vehicles.
The warranty gives you Europe-wide protection!
Duration and costs
The warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. The price of the warranty depends on the tyre size.

Warranty
In the event of a claim, you will receive a credit of up to 100%depending on the profile depth. Here’s how your claim is determined:

Processing
Easy and quick help in case of tyre damage:
- damage immediately to your contractual partner of the tyre warranty or via the
Tyre warranty hotline: 0800 9450-555 (toll-free). - Complete the processing form at your specialist retailer or online.
- In Germany, a new tyre is usually received within 24 hours. In the case of a delivery outside Germany, only transport costs are incurred.
For quick processing, please present the damaged tyre and the original invoice including the specified tyre warranty. In the event of vandalism, a police damage report is also required.
Important: The tyre warranty must be indicated on your invoice!
